Nice article on Porn

The Porn Myth by Naomi Wolf

"For the first time in human history, the images’ power and allure have supplanted that of real naked women. Today, real naked women are just bad porn."

"When I came of age in the seventies, it was still pretty cool to be able to offer a young man the actual presence of a naked, willing young woman. There were more young men who wanted to be with naked women than there were naked women on the market. If there was nothing actively alarming about you, you could get a pretty enthusiastic response by just showing up."

"If your appetite is stimulated and fed by poor-quality material, it takes more junk to fill you up."

On a side note.... the industry is so big that, Sony, which was against the porn industry using their HD(I think)DVD's , have given up, owing to a bad business policy....(the policy was adopted as a moral one...)..Goes on to show what Vikram had suggested as a comment in the previous blog. If the society doesn't change with you, you will eventually be engulfed by it or its ideas....

I remember seeing a movie called 8MM and its a very disturbing movie, It shows how people are being murdered, molested, made as slaves jus to keep the industry moving(ALL FOR MONEY). Many people are forced to get into it! Try n see the movie to get the real picture!

For readers:
Anything that is commercialized (to be read as mass produced), some people especially carry fwd users (i.e. people who used the product before too) find it to be of a lesser quality. However does this mean that it was wrong to commercialize the product or make the product agreeable to a more wider audience. Notice I make this statement about any product. If this statement holds for other industries, then why not the porn industry.

For the author:
Are you essentially saying that 'Porn wasn't really what it used to be', whereby also indicating that as a young growing kid, you enjoyed porn more and don't nowadays. I suppose your brand of porn needs to upgraded or I guess there was more to the cabaret incident than what meets the eye.
